Do you accept credit cards? What type?
Yes. Just check out as per normal and select "Credit Cards" as a payment option. An invoice will be sent to you. We accept MasterCard, VISA, AmericanExpress, Discover. Note: Orders paid by credit cards may be delayed up to 24 hours for shipping.

Yes we do. In order for you to pay bank and e-checks, you have to open a FREE paypal account. Just check out as per normal on this listing and we will contact you.

How do I return an item?
You have to email us to get approval for returns. Returned packages without approval will NOT be refunded.

What is the refund policy?
To qualify for refund, you have to 7 days after the you receive it. Returns only accepted if item has not never been opened, is still sealed, is returned in original condition. Refund less shipping and restocking fees. No guarantees.

No, we can only ship to the address registered or added to your Paypal account.

Yes, as long as they are registered or added to your Paypal payment details. If you are paying by credit card, yes too.

How can I track my package?
US & International Orders: Your tracking number should be sent to your email. You can also find tracking information in your Paypal payment details. Canada Orders: Sorry there are no tracking information. It takes up to 3 weeks for USPS First Class International packages to arrive.

Yes, for orders of 2 or more different items, you may write to us for a manual quote.

Why is my package late or slow?
There are several reasons why shipping may be affected: -USA Public Holiday -You paid by a credit card -You asked to change/adjust your shipping address

Can shipping be cheaper??
No, if you are buying 1 item only. Shipping and handling fees are fixed. Negotiations and questions about shipping fees will not be entertained.

No worries. If you have not paid, it has not entered our system, therefore there is no trace of your order. Unpaid orders are canceled within 24 hours. You may also ignore the automated invoice that is sent to you.
